How close to Disney and other attractions are you ? Sea World is 15 minutes & Universal is about a 20 minute drive from our home. Our home is located in a quiet residential areas called Cumbrian Lakes not far from US192.
Does your home have it's own swimming pool ? Yes and it can also be heated for the cooler months. Our home is equipped to the highest standard and has a full kitchen with range, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. A spacious living area is featured in our home along with cable television.

What do we need to bring ? Not a lot! Just bring yourselves, beach towels + clothing! Then relax and enjoy the space of your own home.
How do we book ? To book you need to contact us by telephone, fax, email or complete our online booking form by clicking here. We will inform you of the availability and of the cost amount. A deposit of £200 will be required to secure the villa.
When do i pay the balance ? The balance can be paid up to 60 days before you depart. You will also be required to leave a credit card number with us as your security deposit against any damage caused to the home.
What happens if we cancel ? Over 30 days prior to arrival – No problem – either we can hold your deposit open for a complete year, so you have chance to re-book with us or we can re-pay 50% of your deposit. Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival date unfortunately means the loss of deposit. If we manage to get another booking however, we will refund your deposit.
How do we collect the keys ? Full check in details will be sent to you once your deposit payment has been received.
What happens if we arrive late ? No problem – we have a lockbox on the front of our building. You will be provided with the lockbox code with your check-in details.
